The 180° stack-nest mechanism delivers the best of both worlds: stack securely when full (positive stops on the rim keep towers stable), then rotate 180° to nest deeply when empty, cutting return volume by up to ~70%. Perforated side walls and base ensure constant airflow for faster cooling, moisture control and quick drying after wash. Smooth edges and reinforced corners support intensive reuse in bakery plants, storage rooms, vehicles and retail back-rooms.
