Designed with a Euro industrial footprint of 1200×1000 mm, it offers compact height and a generous 430 L useful volume, ideal for bulk goods, dense components, bagged materials, and food-related items. The model is available in three structural base configurations, each designed to integrate with specific handling systems:

The LP-IB-1160 features solid closed walls and a leak-proof sealed bottom, suitable for liquids in liners, powders, small components, metal parts, chilled food cartons and semi-processed goods. Reinforced ribbing on the walls and lower structure ensures excellent impact resistance and durability under repeated mechanical handling. This industrial bigbox supports a unit load of 510 kg, with a stacking load capacity of 4800 kg under controlled conditions. Maximum static floor load is 650 kg, ensuring safe ground-level storage of dense materials. When used with liquid loads, the rated capacity should be reduced by approximately 12% for safety.

The LP-IB-1160 is produced in food-grade HDPE, resistant to moisture, many chemicals, cold storage environments and rough handling.
