The LP-ESD-SN-R-1438 is a conductive, conical stack-nest container engineered for high-efficiency industrial logistics where electrostatic protection, space saving, and robust handling are essential. With external dimensions 1310×490×400 mm, internal 1122×380×376.5 mm, and a usable internal height of 348.5 mm, it provides a net capacity of 177 litres for long or bulky components.

Designed for true stack-and-nest operation, the tote stacks when filled (by rotating 180°) and nests when empty to cut storage/return volume by up to 75%; nest height is 85 mm and stack indentation is 28 mm for stable, interlocking stacks without lids.

Manufactured from conductive polypropylene (PPL), the container ensures reliable ESD performance and is VDZ-tested for transport and load capacity. Typical ratings include 40 kg permissible load, 300 kg dynamic load, and 450 kg static load. Operating properties include noise-absorbent conveyor travel, chemical resistance to most oils, acids, alkalis, and temperature range −20 °C to +70 °C. A front flap with single-handed lock supports ergonomic access to contents on the line; smooth internal surfaces simplify cleaning and can be specified with optional water drainage holes. The ribbed base with tread is optimized for mini-load and conveyor applications. Color: PPL black (conductive).

Modular tool design: the mold family can scale the same construction up to 1800×600×450 mm for program harmonization across sizes.
