The Stackable Plastic Container 4420 is a non-Euro “project crate” built to accommodate parts that don’t conform to traditional Euro box dimensions. With an external footprint of 400 × 400 × 200 mm and internal usable space of about 365 × 365 × 180 mm, it offers a generous volume in a square format.

Unlike a flat base design, the 4420 stackable plastic box features a ribbed / reinforced bottom, giving it greater resistance to deformation under load, while its ribbed outer walls enhance sidewall stiffness in stacked configurations. The container includes closed integrated handles on two sides for secure handling. The structural design supports a reinforced bottom for strength.

Designed as a component in pallet units, multiple 4420 crates can be stacked on a plastic pallet base and secured with a pallet cover or lid to create stable transport units. This makes it ideal for returnable packaging loops, especially for parts in industries such as automotive, electronics, industrial machinery, or where square footprints are more efficient.

For traceability and branding, the 4420 container supports customization via hot stamping, screen printing, embossing, adhesive barcode labels, or mounting of metallic label holders. Its non-Euro footprint gives you flexibility in designing packaging for oversized or nonstandard parts without forfeiting the benefits of stackability and strength.
