Built on the Euro 600×400 mm footprint, it features external dimensions 600×400×220 mm and internal dimensions 556×360×194 mm for an optimal balance of capacity and handling.

Manufactured from ESD polypropylene (ESD PP), the container provides reliable static discharge across the base and walls (typical surface resistivity in the 10³–10⁹/10¹⁰ Ω range). The smooth closed bottom ensures quiet, snag-free travel on conveyors, AGVs, and shuttle systems, while the open-grid ergonomic handles deliver safe manual handling.

Two configurations are available:

  • Without lid (foldable body only)
  • With integrated dual hinged flaps (two-piece lid attached to the box for fast open/close)

Compared to the non-ESD versions (2.42 kg without lid, 3.03 kg with lid), the conductive builds typically add ~10% mass for the carbon-loaded polymer. That yields estimated ESD tare weights of ≈ 2.66 kg (no lid) and ≈ 3.33 kg (with integrated flaps). When collapsed, the container dramatically reduces volume for cost-efficient return logistics and compact storage.
