The LP-ESD-FSC-6432 is a conductive, space-saving foldable container designed for ESD-sensitive intralogistics. Built on the Euro 600×400 mm footprint, it delivers generous capacity with external dimensions 600×400×320 mm, internal 556×360×294 mm, and a usable volume of 58 L. Manufactured from ESD polypropylene (ESD PP), the box provides reliable antistatic protection (typical surface resistivity 10³–10⁹/10¹⁰ Ω). The smooth closed bottom ensures quiet, snag-free movement on conveyors, AGVs and AS/RS shuttles, while open-grid ergonomic handles enable safe manual handling.

Two versions are available:

  • Without lid (foldable body only)
  • With integrated dual hinged lid (two flap cover attached to the box for fast open/close and clean handling)

Weight (ESD PP, estimated): Using a standard ~10% uplift over non-ESD PP:

  • Non-ESD 2.93 kg → ≈ 3.23 kg (ESD, no lid)
  • Non-ESD 3.58 kg → ≈ 3.94 kg (ESD, with lid)

The foldable design minimizes return volume and warehouse footprint in returnable transport packaging (RTP) loops.
