The LP-ESD-ST-6427 is a 600×400×270 mm ESD stackable Eurocontainer engineered for safe handling, storage, and shipment of electrostatic-sensitive devices (ESD). Molded in black conductive/antistatic polypropylene, it delivers consistent charge control in EPA and non-EPA flows, while the rigid-wall Euro-norm design guarantees compatibility with conveyors, AS/RS, shuttles, dollies and Euro-pallets.
With a 55 L internal capacity and closed handgrips for clean, ergonomic handling, this container protects larger subassemblies, cable harness kits, power electronics and PCB sets. The smooth interior supports ESD dividers, foam dunnage and PCB racks for multi-part kitting without abrasion or FOD. For outbound shipping, it palletizes 2×2 per layer on a 1200×800 mm Euro-pallet (4 boxes/layer) and supports four vertical stacks (four columns) on the pallet footprint for stable unit loads in closed-loop logistics.
