Message from Mr. Sorin Mitrea, Sales Manager CEE: New Year’s Resolutions and a Look Back at 2023

As we prepare to put yet another year behind us, it is time to take a moment and enjoy our achievements. It is also a good moment to make our New Year’s resolutions and start forging our path forwards.

2023 was a challenging and rewarding year. New retail companies helped build a new business model in our main service area – home deliveries for online grocery orders. We assisted these newcomers to the market with know-how in creating an efficient supply chain and selecting the best packaging materials for deliveries.

For us, as professional packaging producers, it is a great opportunity to help yet another business niche start developing by making the best choices in terms of packaging and logistics from the very beginning.

Another important achievement for Logistic Packaging in 2023 represented the increased market share for customized packaging solutions designed and produced for the automotive industry: first tier suppliers and aftermarket distribution. Our team collaborated with each client to create the most suitable packaging solution for their needs and in line with the requirements of the internal logistic loop of the producers they are working with.

Finally, through constant investments in the R&D department, we managed to reduce the response time from the initial quote to delivering a working prototype for all customized packaging projects.

These are achievements which were made possible by the professionalism and team spirit of everyone at Logistic Packaging. And we continue to rely on our experienced and dedicated team to achieve the goals we have in sight for 2024.

One of these goals is expanding our website to include an online store. We have the capabilities of maintaining a sufficient stock of the most in demand standard packaging materials. Thus, purchasing managers and company buyers will soon be able to create an online account and order any products they need directly from our website.

We will also increase our distribution capacity to reduce the delivery time in the CEE area. Our local distributors and the strategically positioned distribution hubs will allow us to prioritize deliveries in CEE countries, so that each client receives their packaging materials on time.
