The LP-RL-KLT 8210 (also marketed as L-KLT 8210) is a large-format Small Load Carrier (SLC) designed for high-volume logistics, line-feed supply, and modular automation in automotive, e-mobility, and industrial manufacturing. With a footprint of 800×600 mm, it maximizes pallet space while maintaining a low overall height of 213 mm, providing excellent stack stability and ergonomic accessibility.

The container offers a usable volume of 79 litres with a tare weight of approximately 3.90 kg (non-ESD), combining lightweight handling with high payload efficiency. Manufactured from high-quality polypropylene (PP), it features a smooth closed base with an option for integrated drainage holes. The drainage version enables quick water evacuation after washing, while the closed version ensures a clean, fully sealed bottom for use in dry environments. Its robust construction and precise geometry make it fully compatible with automation systems, pallet racking, and AGV transport. The internal space of 739×556×200 mm provides ample room for large sub-assemblies, kits, or trays, and the reinforced rim ensures reliable stacking in multi-tier logistics operations.

Although not officially VDA-homologated, the RL-KLT 8210 follows VDA-compatible geometry and performance standards, making it widely used across OEM networks as a Maxi KLT container.
