The VDA C-KLT 4328 is a heavy-duty load carrier built to the VDA 400 × 300 mm modular footprint (molded dimensions approx. 396 × 297 × 280 mm). It offers around 19.6 liters of usable volume with internal dimensions of 334 × 247 × 253 mm. Engineered for the toughest supply chains, this model features closed walls and base, double-wall reinforced structure with struts, closed integrated handles, and a ribbed reinforced floor that guarantees dimensional stability under heavy stacking.

With a static load rating of about 50 kg and a stack load capacity of up to 600 kg, the 4328 is designed for demanding logistics loops. Its footprint allows 8 containers per pallet layer on a 1200 × 800 mm Euro pallet, ensuring efficient palletization when combined with lids or pallet covers. Typical applications include wiring harness assemblies, sensors, small modules, fasteners, bolts and nails and other small metallic parts and other medium-sized parts in the automotive, electronics, and machinery sectors. Integrated label holders on both long and short sides make it compatible with barcode, RFID, and Kanban identification systems.
