The LP-STM-6531 is one of the tallest containers in the Medium M-series, offering a generous 78 litres of usable capacity within a standardized 600×500 mm footprint. Its 291 mm internal height provides ample space for bulkier or vertically structured components, while maintaining full compatibility with ISO pallet systems (1200×1000 mm) — where four containers per layer form stable palletized loads.
Built from durable PP-C and designed for repeated use in industrial logistics, the LP-STM-6531 features a rhombic reinforced base that ensures rigidity even under full stacking loads of up to 250 kg. The smooth rim and reinforced corners allow vibration-free movement on automated conveyors and ASRS/AKL systems, making this container suitable for integration into modern intralogistics automation setups.
The container is available in two material configurations:
- Standard PPC for mechanical and general industrial parts.
- ESD conductive black for electronic components requiring electrostatic discharge protection.
When manufactured in UN-certified form, it also meets packaging regulations for transporting hazardous automotive safety components such as airbag inflators, seatbelt pretensioners, or pyrotechnic initiators.
Key Benefits
- High internal capacity (78 L) while keeping the standardized 600×500 mm footprint.
- Designed for palletized transport systems (4 units per ISO 1200×1000 pallet layer).
- Compatible with ASRS and AKL systems for automated storage and retrieval.
- ESD conductive and UN-certified options for sensitive or hazardous contents.
- Reinforced structure and rhombic base for long service life in closed-loop logistics.
Application Examples
- Automotive: mechanical modules, plastic housings, hydraulic units, and cable assemblies
- Safety systems: UN-certified transport of airbag and seatbelt modules.
- Electronics: bulkier sensor housings, controllers, and wiring harnesses in ESD version.
- Automation & intralogistics: high-stack containers for vertical storage in robotic warehouses.
