The Intralogistics AKL Container 6432 is engineered specifically for usage in automated warehouse systems (AKL / ASRS) and shuttle-based intralogistics environments. With external dimensions of 600 × 400 × 320 mm and internal usable space of 565 × 368 × 299 mm, this crate offers 61.4 litres of capacity with a relatively low empty weight (approx. 2.61 kg).

Its design includes closed walls and closed handles to maintain structural integrity under repeated automated handling. The base is a reinforced miniload style base, circumferential and optimized to carry up to 50 kg, allowing it to run reliably on conveyors, shuttles, and rack systems. Corner zones are built with double-wall reinforcement and rounded bevels to smooth robot interactions and reduce wear in curved conveyor segments.

Noise reduction and smooth run characteristics are priorities: the container is made to minimize friction and vibration in high-speed operations. Internally, the 6432 supports partitioning—slot systems allow divisions from ½ to ⅛ of the internal footprint, so electronics, components, or subassemblies can be neatly organized.

Optional variants include water drainage holes in base and walls (for cleaning or fire protection regulations) and versions with open handles where needed. This container is ideally suited for storage and movement of sensor modules, electronic assemblies, small mechanical parts, connectors, and medium-duty assemblies in automated warehouse systems.
