With a 168-litre usable volume and a tare weight of only 5.97 kg, it provides the perfect balance between strength and efficiency in automated supply chains.

Constructed from polypropylene copolymer (PP-C), the container is durable, impact-resistant, fully recyclable, and stable in temperatures between –20 °C and +60 °C. Wall versions include solid closed sides as standard, or variants with drainage holes in the base or walls for washdown environments and fire-safety compliance.

Users can select from three base types, depending on load and application requirements:

  • Smooth base: flat and fully closed, quiet in operation and easy to clean.
  • Reinforced ribbed (miniload) base: ribbed construction to withstand dynamic loads in conveyors and shuttle systems.
  • Sandwich base: premium double-layer design enclosing the ribs between two solid layers, preventing deflection and providing maximum rigidity under loads up to 50 kg.

The container also features double-wall reinforced corners, beveled edges for low-noise movement, and divider slots for flexible partitioning. This makes it ideal for both bulk storage and highly organized compartmentalization.
