The LP-NST-9540 Hog Box is a high-performance half-pallet container engineered for reusable, space-efficient logistics systems. With external dimensions of 1,000 × 575 × 540 mm, this container offers a generous 190-liter capacity — ideal for high-volume transport, retail replenishment, and warehouse handling.
A defining feature of this model is its dual-hinged crocodile lid, consisting of two interlocking flaps that close securely and can be sealed with tamper-evident clips or plastic seals. The lid geometry is reinforced and ribbed, allowing other boxes to stack safely on top without sliding, creating stable and secure load units during transport and storage.
The LP-NST-9540’s reinforced base and integrated pallet feet enable direct forklift and pallet truck handling, eliminating the need for a separate pallet. Built from impact-resistant polypropylene, it withstands heavy loads up to 100 kg per container, with stacking loads up to 450 kg. When empty, the boxes nest with a 6:2 ratio, saving up to 70% return volume.
This container is the ideal choice for closed-loop, high-rotation logistics where strength, safety, and reusability are top priorities.

Usage Scenario Example
A national supermarket chain uses LP-NST-9540 Hog Boxes to streamline its mixed-goods distribution. At the central warehouse, different product types — snacks, detergents, bottled drinks — are consolidated in each box. Loads are secured with strapping and lids, then stacked two-high on trucks. Upon delivery, empty boxes nest compactly for return transport, saving 65–70% of space and eliminating disposable packaging waste.
