The LP-IB-1211-76 is a large-volume rigid pallet box / bigbox engineered for intensive industrial use, bulk storage and heavy internal transport. With an external footprint of 1200×1100 mm and a height of 760 mm in the 4-feet version, it offers a generous 720 L useful volume, ideal for dense, bulky or high-value materials. Internal dimensions of 1110×1010×605 mm provide optimal cubic efficiency for automotive components, industrial parts, bagged raw materials, granules, powders and liquid-filled liners. The container is produced from high-density polyethylene (HDPE), with solid closed walls and a sealed, non-perforated bottom, ensuring leak-proof performance and high hygiene standards.

The structural design integrates reinforced ribbing on the walls and underside, giving the box exceptional mechanical strength and resistance to impacts, deformation and stacking loads. The LP-IB-1211-76 supports a unit load of 530 kg and a static stacking load of 4800 kg, with up to 8 units stackable under recommended conditions.

Three base configurations are available:

• 2 skids – external dimensions 1200×1100×780 mm, tare weight 46 kg
• 3 skids – external dimensions 1200×1100×780 mm, tare weight 49 kg

This flexibility allows users to align the base design with their forklifts, pallet trucks, conveyors and automated warehouses. The standard colour is grey, but other colours and branding options can be implemented for pool identification and internal coding. The LP-IB-1211-76 is fully reusable and 100% recyclable, making it a long-life, high-performance alternative to single-use bulk packaging.
