Its Euro-standard 1200×800 mm footprint ensures optimal compatibility with warehouse racks, forklifts, pallet trucks and automated conveyor systems. This LP bigbox is manufactured with fully closed walls and a sealed solid bottom, providing leak-proof containment for liquids, semi-liquids, bagged materials, powders, small components or moisture-sensitive goods. The reinforced rib structure on the base and side walls enhances impact resistance, making the LP-IB-1860 reliable under demanding conditions.

Based on its engineering design, the LP-IB-1860 is available in three base configurations:

• 2 skids – smooth long-side handling, conveyor compatibility

The internal dimensions of 710×1110×420 mm provide a 330 L useful volume, making the LP-IB-1860 suitable for vegetables, food ingredients, frozen goods in cartons, heavy industrial components and mixed recyclable materials. It supports up to 470 kg per unit and stacks safely up to 4300 kg at controlled temperatures. The bigbox is produced from food-grade HDPE, offering excellent resistance to chemicals, moisture, cold environments, impacts and constant handling. Smooth interior surfaces ensure hygienic operation and allow fast washing in both industrial and food-grade workflows.
