All versions feature fully closed walls and a solid, sealed bottom, making the container ideal for bulk food ingredients, powders, granules, industrial components, recycling materials and bagged goods. The internal dimensions — 1110×910×605 mm — offer optimal usable height and maximize internal space for high-density packing. According to engineering specifications, the LP-IB-1178 supports 510 kg per box and an impressive 4800 kg stacking load at 23°C, ensuring safe and stable vertical storage. The maximum static weight for a single box on the floor is 650 kg. For liquid applications, the admissible load should be reduced by approximately 12% as noted in the original technical chart.

A key ergonomic upgrade available for this model is the lockable access door on the long side, enabling operators to load or pick goods without lifting over the rim. When closed, the reinforced flap locks securely and maintains full container stacking and load performance. Empty boxes can be stacked efficiently to reduce volume, allowing three empty units to occupy the approximate height of two standard stacked containers.
