Measuring 1,220 × 820 × 40 mm and produced from rigid 4 mm plastic, it provides an excellent balance of strength, durability, and weight efficiency at approximately 4.2 kg.

Developed for use in industrial logistics and returnable packaging systems, this cover features three integrated strapping grooves for securing goods and anti-slip top bars that prevent stacked pallets from shifting. The lid’s flat reinforced deck and flush edge geometry ensure safe stacking and load stability during handling, transport, or automated storage.
