This PPC variant is designed for applications where static protection is not required but mechanical strength, stacking performance, and compatibility with Daimler logistics systems remain essential.

With external dimensions of 1,215 × 1,016 × 78 mm, this cover fits precisely on 1200 × 1000 mm pallet units, forming a stable, rigid top surface over stacks of containers. The reinforced structure includes a ribbed deck, interlocking corners, and foot geometry matching the Daimler T5 5002 / T5 5003 pallet base. It supports stacking of loaded pallets while protecting contents and maintaining alignment under load.
