The LP-ESD-RL-KLT-4047 is a conductive, antistatic VDA RL-KLT container engineered for automotive, e-mobility, and electronics logistics. Compared with R-KLT models, RL-KLT boxes deliver lower tare weight while preserving stiffness through ribbed side architecture and a smooth closed bottom. This ESD version uses PP-ESD to safely dissipate charge across the container, protecting sensitive parts throughout intralogistics, automation, and transport.

Optimized for the 400×300 mm VDA footprint, the 4047 stacks securely, integrates with ESD pallets and pallet covers, and runs reliably in conveyors, shuttles, and AS/RS thanks to its precise geometry and smooth base. Closed shell-type handgrips support ergonomic manual handling in pick-to-line and kitting operations.
