The LP-ESD-R-KLT-6115 is a conductive, antistatic container developed for automotive, electronics, and precision engineering logistics where protection from electrostatic discharge is essential. Built according to VDA 4500 standards, it features a 600×400 mm footprint, closed sides, and a closed, reinforced ribbed base that ensures stability and durability even in high-rotation automated environments.
Manufactured from conductive polypropylene (PP-ESD), the box maintains a surface resistance within the 10⁴–10¹⁰ Ω range, dissipating static safely during handling, storage, and transportation. With its 22 L volume and 2.32 kg weight, the container provides an optimal ratio of capacity to strength, suitable for small and medium-sized components, assemblies, or submodules.
The closed shell handles support ergonomic manual handling, while the standardized VDA geometry ensures compatibility with ESD pallets (1200×800 and 1200×1000), shuttle and AS/RS systems, and robotized intralogistics equipment.
