The LP-ESD-MT-6023-09 is a wide, low-profile ESD racking box developed for professional storage and handling of electronic goods on shelves, racking systems and carousel stackers in electrostatic protected areas (EPAs).

It is manufactured from black conductive polypropylene (ESD material) and provides controlled dissipation of static charges with a specified flow/surface resistance of 10⁴ < 10¹⁰ Ohm, ensuring safe storage of sensitive electronic assemblies, components and sub-modules. The container has outer dimensions of 600 × 234 × 90 mm and inner dimensions of 570 × 215 × 85 mm. It offers a usable volume of 10 L and a tare weight of 0.9 kg. The 600 mm length makes full use of deep shelving, while the 234 mm width provides a broad footprint suitable for PCB stacks, module sets or bundled parts. The low 90 mm height maintains excellent visibility and easy manual access to the contents.

A molded front label holder guarantees excellent clarity for part numbers, barcodes and Kanban identifiers. The robust construction delivers efficient stackability and dimensional stability. Dedicated accessories – a transparent front insert 234×90 mm, a black conductive internal divider 234×90 mm (inner insert ESD), and a conductive lid 600×234 mm – allow the bin to be configured for compartmented storage, retention of small parts and dust-protected ESD handling throughout the intralogistics flow.
