The LP-ESD-ODP-1280-16 is a conductive, antistatic plastic pallet engineered for EPA (Electrostatic Protected Area) logistics, automated warehousing, and supplier-to-OEM transport. With a Euro footprint of 1200×800 mm, open/perforated deck, and 3-skid (3-runner) base, it provides a robust, dimensionally stable platform for ESD Euro-containers, Trays, Boxes, VDA KLTs, and conductive pallet covers/lids.

Molded from ESD-safe polypropylene (ESD-PP), the pallet maintains controlled surface resistance (typ. 10⁴–10¹⁰ Ω) to dissipate static across the load, reducing the risk of ESD events during handling and storage. The open deck reduces tare, improves airflow and drainage after wash cycles, and minimizes moisture carry-over. The 3-skid base ensures straight tracking on conveyors, AGV/AMR routes, shuttles, and AS/RS systems while offering reliable four-way entry for forklifts and pallet trucks.

At 16 kg, the LP-ESD-ODP-1280-16 balances strength and ergonomics for high-rotation, closed-loop ESD packaging programs. Optional retention rim, anti-slip pads/strips, and strap/film guides further stabilize stacked ESD boxes for safe internal transport and outbound shipments.
