The LP-ESD-ODP-1210-15 is a conductive, antistatic plastic pallet with a 1200×1000 mm industrial footprint, engineered for EPA (Electrostatic Protected Area) logistics, automated warehousing and supplier-to-OEM flows. Its open/perforated deck reduces tare and moisture carry-over after wash cycles, while the 3-skid base (optional 5-skid for added ground support) provides straight tracking on conveyors, AGV/AMR routes, shuttles and AS/RS systems.

Manufactured from ESD-safe polypropylene (ESD-PP), the pallet maintains controlled surface resistance (typ. 10⁴–10¹⁰ Ω) to dissipate charge across the entire load—protecting ESD Euro-containers, VDA KLTs, trays and kitted assemblies. Optional safety rims in 7 mm or 22 mm heights enhance unit-load stability, especially with stacked containers and ESD pallet covers/lids for complete static-safe pallet units. Designed for high-rotation, closed-loop packaging, this pallet supports digital traceability with label plates/RFID zones and offers consistent geometry for automation-ready handling.
