Designed with an 800×600 mm Euro footprint, it provides an internal capacity of 169 litres, making it ideal for voluminous or multiple-component assemblies that require protection from electrostatic discharge (ESD).

Constructed from ESD polypropylene (ESD PP), this container maintains surface resistivity in the 10³ – 10¹⁰ Ω range, ensuring safe dissipation of static charges. The non-ESD model weighs 8.6 kg; with the standard 10% increase typical for conductive material, the ESD version weighs approximately 9.46 kg. The reinforced ribbed bottom gives excellent rigidity for heavy payloads and smooth travel across roller conveyors, AGVs, and automated handling systems, while open-grid ergonomic handles offer safe, balanced manual transport. When not in use, the LP-ESD-FSC-8645 folds down to a 135 mm height, minimizing return and storage space in closed-loop systems.
