Regular tasks and duties:
- Identifying potential new clients and managing current portfolio of clients;
- Identifying clients’ needs and recommending adequate solutions to them;
- Contacting existing and prospective clients by telephone and e-mail;
- Preparing offers and offering suggestions for business development;
- Preparing the sales budget;
- Monitoring the payment of amounts owed by clients by the agreed deadline;
- Implementing the sales and marketing strategy of the company;
- Participating in professional trainings and various business related events;
- Updating the information on the progress of sales projects in the central network;
- Offering post-sale specialized assistance;
- Presenting solutions for the improvement of the relationship with clients.
Educational and background experience requirements:
- Graduate of higher learning institutions, preferably economic;
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position;
- Advanced level of English;
- Very good PC knowledge: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, database software;
- Lean manufacturing, logistics or industrial manufacturing knowledge is considered a plus;
- German knowledge is considered a plus;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills;
- Proactive, client oriented and results oriented;
- Creativity, good ability to find quick solutions to difficult situations;
- Analysis and synthesizing skills.
